WASHINGTON—The D.C.-Metro area is home to more than two dozen vegetarian eateries catering to an ever-growing demand for delicious and innovative animal-friendly fare—and now restaurant-goers have an opportunity to vote for their favorites!
Compassion Over Killing, a D.C.-based animal protection charity, is hosting its first annual "Best Vegetarian Restaurant" Contest featured on the popular online dining guide VegDC.com.
Voting ends June 30, 2007. Winners of VegDC.com's Three Green Stars award will be announced in early July. More details available at VegDC.com.
