Thanks to your support, 2011 has been a very active year for COK! That’s why we’re excited to share our year-in-review video highlighting the accomplishments for animals that you helped make possible, including:

•   Uncovering the dairy industry’s cruel price-fixing scheme that involved killing 500,000 young cows
•   Persuading Quorn to launch its first-ever vegan product
•   Working with Pita Pit to introduce a vegan patty nationwide   
•   Urging Subway to add vegan options, which it’s now rolling out in Canada
•   Airing 30-second pro-veg commercials nationwide
•   Opening a new office in Los Angeles
•   Working with restaurants in the nation’s capital to add vegan options
•   And so much more!

Annual Holiday Party: Thank you for celebrating with us!

On Sat., Dec. 10, 2011, more than 250 COK supporters—along with special guest Dan Piraro—joined us to celebrate another year of compassionate action for animals. The evening was filled with delicious food, lots of friends and fun, and a fabulous silent auction.

Thank you to all of our volunteers and sponsors who helped make this event a huge success: we raised $26,400, which is matched dollar for dollar for a total of $52,800 as part of our December matching campaign!
