Leafleting with COK (June 2009)

During June, COK staff, interns and volunteers handed out hundreds of copies of our Vegetarian Starter Guide, Vegetarian Guide to Washington, D.C. and Surrounding Areas, Easy Vegan Recipes booklets and Eating Sustainably brochures throughout the D.C.-metro area. Braving the summer heat, we distributed literature at various festivals, concerts, and metro stations—and our summer 2009 edition of the Vegetarian Guide to Washington, D.C. and Surrounding Areas was by far the most popular item!
