Vegan Feed-In: April 5, 2008
Compassion Over Killings monthly feed-in during April
has held on Saturday, April 5 at Southwest Waterfront Park during the Prelude
to the Fireworks a festival of family entertainment prior to the National
Cherry Blossom Festival Fireworks Show. The orange "chicken" was so
popular with festival-goers that nearly 100 pieces were sampled within 15 minutes!
We also distributed over 350 pieces of pro-veg literature.
Below are some photos from the days event.
Thank you to all the volunteers who helped make our monthly feed-in a success!
