Great American Meatout Feed-In
On March 21, 2004, COK celebrated the annual Great American Meatout with a delicious vegetarian feed-in at the Takoma Park Farmer’s Market in suburban Maryland.
After sampling free, all-vegetarian “chicken” nuggets, hot dogs, and hamburgers, market-goers took copies of COK’s Vegetarian Starter Guide and the hot-off-the-presses fifth edition of our Vegetarian Guide to Washington, D.C. and Surrounding Areas.
