Want to satisfy your sweet tooth and help us help animals at the time? Join us for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert and a portion of your bill will be automatically donated towards our efforts to help farmed animals.

COK will be at the Junior State of America Political Fair and we need your help! This is a great event and offers a wonderful opportunity to educate young people about the many benefits of a vegetarian diet!

We need volunteers to help with one, three-hour tabling shift, on Saturday, Feb. 13th.

A Valentine's Party in L.A.

Please join us for a fun-filled night of dancing, karaoke, eating, drinking, and more at the 2 Headed Horse Art Studio in Los Angeles.

Advance tickets are $15 ($20 at the door) and include a drink ticket plus all the delicious vegan food you can eat from some of LA's top veg-friendly restaurants, including Cinnamon, The Spot, and SunPower Natural Cafe. There will also be vegan cupcakes from The Fakery Bakery! All proceeds go to benefit Compassion Over Killing.

Celebrate President's Day at Compassion Over Killing's headquarters! Help us with various projects around our office while enjoying the company of other activists. From calling restaurants about their vegan options to stuffing literature, we'd love to have your help!

In return for your assistance, we'll help you recover from your sugar-rich Valentine's weekend by fueling you with even more sugar and sweets.

Love rock 'n roll and vegan food and drink? Then join us at Aslyum for a special COK & DC Vegan Drinks event!

For this special event, we'll have $5 vegan White Russians, a COK raffle including gift certificates to Asylum, and live music at 9 pm! We'll be meeting upstairs.

Whether you're a long-time vegan or just a little veg-curious, join us for some after-work fun. Share a few drinks (alcoholic and non) with like-minded folks, meet new friends, and even do a little networking while you're at it. Bring your business cards, pamphlets, fliers, recipes or anything else you would like to share.

Vegan Feed-In at the University of Maryland

What better way to encourage people to explore vegetarian eating than offering free samples of delicious animal-friendly fare? Join COK at the University of Maryland to distribute free baked goods to students, reminding them to have a heart for the animals this Valentine's Day. We'll be handing out our Vegetarian Starter Guide and Easy Vegan Recipe booklets as well.

Dunkin' Cruelty Vegan Feed-In

Join COK for a vegan feed-in outside of the downtown DC Dunkin' Donuts location! We'll be handing out free samples of vegan baked goods while urging people to ask Dunkin' Donuts to offer egg- and dairy-free donuts!

In addition to serving free vegan food, we'll also be distributing literature about our Dunkin' Cruelty campaign. What a great way to encourage the transition to a compassionate diet while calling for vegan options at the world's largest coffee and baked goods chain! Please join us!

You're invited! Support COK while enjoying delicious cruelty-free fare and socializing with other activists! Please join us at the monthly Java Green funding day on the third Saturday of every month, when a portion of your bill will benefit COK.

Java Green offers a delicious variety of vegan sandwiches, salads and soups, in addition to tea and coffee drinks and fabulous desserts. The "Chicken" Java and Veg Max sandwiches are favorites.

McLibel Screening at UMD

Compassion Over Killing is teaming up with VegTerps and Terps for Animal Welfare to co-sponsor a screening of the documentary McLibel.

Chronicling the case between McDonald's Restaurant and two environmental activists, McLibel shows how Morris and Steel took on the fast food giant in the longest trial in English legal history&mash;and won. This documentary highlights the reasons these campus groups have been working to remove McDonald's from the University of Maryland campus.

This event is free and open to everyone!
