Humane Lifestyle also a much healthier one

Thank you for Judy Vorreuter's informative article about choosing meat-free meals (“What do vegetarians, vegans eat?” May 2, 2009). It's true that in response to the growing demand, vegetarian and vegan options are sprouting up in restaurants and grocery stores everywhere. The increasing interest in meat-, egg-, and dairy-free foods demonstrates that leaving animals off our plates doesn't mean skimping on flavor. Rather, it simply means opting for the cruelty-free versions of our favorite foods.
And with so many healthier and more humane options available today, why not make your next meal a vegetarian one? Try a protein-packed veggie burger for lunch or feast on a black bean and spinach burrito for dinner. Start today by visiting TryVeg.com for great recipes and a free Vegetarian Starter Guide.
